Booking conditions
A 30% deposit is required at booking.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
- A City tax of 1€ per day and per person is not included in the price displayed VAT and service taxes included.

- Public parking garage “Austerlitz” around the corner from the hotel: 8.50 € per day

Cancellation policy
If canceled within 48 hours prior to arrival, or in case of no show the amount of the first night will be retained.
Warning: The cancellation in December are brought to 7 days prior to arrival.
Breakfast
The breakfast buffet or continental breakfast served from 7:00 to 10:30 on weekdays and from 7:30 to 11:00 on weekends is charged in addition to the price of € 13.50 per person per day (except specific packages).
Continental breakfast served in your room without extra charge.
Children and extra beds
Free! All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding in parents' room.
Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge for baby cot.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 17 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
The maximum number of beds in a room is 2.
Extra beds and baby cots are available on request and must be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total amount of booking and must be paid separately at the hotel.
